You send too many reminders. Sending a reminder 2 weeks before my appointment doesn't help me.
As a nurse who works in the pediatric field, I understand the challenges your staff face daily when working with kids. I was very impressed with the care given to both my children ages 2 and 5. Every staff member was very patient and explained everything at their level of understanding. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you!

The bad news is I have no feedback that could help you improve. The good news is it's because your office is absolutely awesome. There really was no aspect that could've improved from the time I booked the appointment to the time my son and I left your office. I was thoroughly impressed and my son actually enjoyed his first dental visit (never thought that would be the case). You all should be proud. I'm just glad our family found you!
