The office staff was so wonderful to our 2 1/2 year old. They made her feel so comfortable and the dentist was even better! We will be recommending Floss to everyone we know!
Explain to parent and child the small amount of distance/separation between them. This was my child's first visit to the dentist. It went great and she wasn't scared but consider that in all other types of Dr appointments, the parent is right there often holding the child or their hand, essentially participating in the visit. By sitting farther back and out of site, I could tell my child was a little nervous and could've used an up front explanation or reassurance as to why I wasn't seated directly next to her. The entire staff was very nice Abby was amazing with my 2 yr old. She had a wonderful time getting her teeth cleaned and has not stopped talking about her fun dentist visit. Madison is very excited about brushing and already asking to floss her teeth daily. She can't wait to come back to get more sparkles on her teeth! Thank you for making my daughters first visit to the dentist a great experience for her!
We LOVE the dental hygienist!! She's wonderful with my daughters, puts them at ease when she cleans. Dr Garza and his staff are all professional and respectful. My kids love the dentist, what more can I say! :)

The staff and dentist at Floss are great. They are very engaging with my girls, they tell me how everything is going and they always get us back for our visit extremely quickly. We showed up early for our appointment and not only did we have to wait long, we hardly had to wait at all even though we were early. Great visit all around.
I honestly can't think of a thing to change. Dr. Garza and his staff have made my son comfortable at the dentist office. May seem like a simple thing but it's HUGE! He used to be so anxious About going to the previous dentist that couldn't even get him into the car - literally. Thank you times a million!!
The staff was so kind and caring with my 3 year old son. He sat there like a really big boy all by himself. They kept him entertained. They were very professional.
