Explain to the parents what is going to happen - fluoride, xrays, etc. before it is done.
I would of liked a copy of the procedures of my son's appointment. We also didn't get any paperwork on his upcoming appointment details.
Rob can be a stubborn toddler but Abby did a fantastic job introducing him to his first dental visit. She made his experience fun and positive. Dr. Garza was also very approachable and welcoming to Rob when checking his teeth. The Doctor did find a broken tooth and gave us a plan for fixing it. The only thing I would have liked is reading material specific to my visit and Robs age... It's so easy to forget information after a visit.
Everything went great. Who ever did Olivia's cleaning did a great job. The Dentist was very kind as well. Olivia is happy to go to the dentist there.Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.
Love the office manager and dentist. The kids felt though that the hygentist could have been more kind, patient and gentle while cleaning their teeth.
Love your dentistry! Everyone friendly and professional which my child benefits from. Began chatting with Mom while our children were with dentist- she goes to my church! Thank you Floss!
The doctor and office staff are amazing. I happen to have been there when some wild kids were there, but that was no fault of your staff or the doctor. Both tried to keep them from destroying everything in their path. Although my daughter did get hit when they were tackling each other.
We love coming to Floss Dentistry and highly recommend you. We did not have Abby as a hygienist this time and was not overly impressed by the new one. It's hard to not compare but Abby is just outstanding.
Everybody is great at your office! The staff have so much patience with my children when they cry, scream or ask a million questions. Thank you!
