We had a great overall experience. We were there for about an hour this visit, though. It seemed like we were waiting a long time for Dr. Garza after we had our cleanings.

We have been going to Floss for over six years and had great experiences. Unfortunately, our visit on Nov. 27th, we did not experience the same level of great service that we have received in the past. The overall office appeared very full with patients, parents, and Floss personnel, and the visit seemed more scattered and rushed. I am not sure if the schedule was overbooked and/or possibly understaffed with dentists, but it was not our typical great experience. We arrived before what appeared to be a mother with two childre... read more

We didn't have an appointment, but my daughter had been complaining 2 days of a sore tooth. We dropped in, they saw her within 5 minutes and ended up refilling 2 cavities she had lost immediately. We love FLOSS!

Very disappointed in the communication between the orthodontist and the parent. Not happy at all with the end result. You don't put a child in braces for over 2 and not commuicate to the parents that there needs to be an extraction. I would never recommend the orthodontist to a friend or family member. I feel like we have to start this process all over. Very dissatisfied.

Waited really long to see Dr Patel, over 30 minutes for a 5 minute appt, obviously he's overbooked. Just be careful it doesn't ruin your reputation. I live in East Cobb like most clients and that's what we appreciate with the office.

The hygienist that was assigned to Lily was not very kid friendly. he kept telling my 3 year old that she needed to hurry up an lay down to keep her time slot. My daughter had never been in this setting before and was screaming for Dr. Gaza. This hygienist replied, he busy. My daughter had to go to the restroom and once again, this woman was impatient and rude. Dr. Gaza did hear my little girl and came to her rescue. I love Dr. Gaza, but not the staff that was assigned to Lily. She was sad when she left saying that she was s... read more

I didn't see the Doctor after the braces were installed. Instead, an assistant explained what foods to avoid, how to brush/floss. She seemed frustrated when my son was not able to get the floss under/over the braces. The wire at the end of the braces was too long and was poking my son's cheek all day in school. He came back home crying. I and my husband tried several things including putting wax on it and cutting the wire. We could not do it. So, we called the office (it was after hours on Friday). We were told that we shoul... read more
