The office was very cold.
Just a suggestion, it could be helpful to provide the parent with info on what to expect. For example, apparently in 6 months my daughter grew 4 adult molars & got a cavity in 1 of those molars. I had no idea to even look for adult molars. When you have a visit with the pediatrician typically you leave the office with info on what to expect around this time in the child's life. It would have been great to know that I should be looking for those molars and maybe could have prevented the cavity.

I loved everything about the appointment with the exception of the entertainment magazines in the waiting room. I was surprised to see such mature magazines in a pediatric dental office. The cover of one magazine said, "Sex Scandal." Everything else was great! :)
Your front desk greeter is always friendly and helpful. Dr.Garza and the staff are also efficient and friendly. It all ran on time, which was great, because I have three kids and had other appointments to get to. Thanks!
