Ordered flowers for my daughter's birthday. I live out of town and had many questions about what flowers they had available and if they would send me a picture of the arrangement before delivery. The customer service was excellent and they accommodated my picture request. The design was beautiful! Delivery was on time. Only disappointment was the roses wilted after 4 days and the other flowers were spent after 5 days. I live out of state and placed an order for sympathy flowers for a friend who lives locally. The vase I ordered was out of stock and I received a courteous call the next day from the business asking if another vase could be substituted. I'm very pleased with the transaction and my friend enjoyed her flowers. Would gladly do business with you again!
