I purchase a dozen roses on Thursday morning and by Monday morning they were wilted. When I called them and asked how long the roses usually last they said "a week " I asked if they are willing to do anything to make it right the answer was no . $75 for Roses that last 4 days Very disappointing. BV
Did not deliver my wife's flowers on valentines day after I paid their inflated prices. Avoid this company at all costs, they are not trust worthy!

Absolutely horrible! I ordered a premium arrangement and that's definitely not what was sent! What was sent looked nothing like the picture. So I called because their website says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Well that's also a lie I got a lady who kept talking over me do I hung up. So my wife is leaving on valentines day for manager training in north florida so i wanted to send her flowers to enjoy during the week until she left. So i ordered tulips from Flowers By Edith in lakeland. I ordered the upgraded radiant red tulips. They sent some other tulip called parrot tulip that appears to have sat on a truck for 4-days in the sun. I contacted them and they attempted to make it right, but that was a let down as well. Flowers by Edith did not deliver to daughter on her birthday as requested. It was 6 days before she received them and then it did not include balloon. They were very rude, interrupting me and hanging up on me. Refused to make compensation. They knowingly delivered flowers to wrong person and refused to take efforts to ensure that it went to the correct person. Haven't bought from this customer but I just inquired about 1 dozen assorted roses to be delivered to a business 2 minutes away and it would cost me just over $70!!! Do roses really cost that much? I guess they're really only worth what someone is willing to pay for them and I'm definitely not willing to pay that much for flowers that are dead in a week.
