Warning to others! Rubbish longevity policy. I was sent an expensive bouquet of hydrangeas on valentines day. The delivery arrived at lunch time and the flowers were put straight into water per care guidance. By saturday morning they had wilted and were dead by Sunday. On Monday I called to complain and was directed to send an email with photos. In response, I was directed to their website where they have a longevity policy that states "24-48 hours". I received a bouquet from my boyfriend, and it was definitely the best flowers I have received from anyone. They were well arranged with beautiful colour scheme. She offered to prepare the flowers now so I didn’t need to wait. I arrived later that afternoon and the bouquet was ready for me to collect. They were stunning and exactly as I had requested!
