Had an alarm go off on Easter weekend when we tried to change a battery. The first representative we talked with was very polite & understanding & offered to bypass the alarm until we bought a new battery. We had to call in to get assistance on it as the alarm was still on even after battery replaced. The second representative was also very helpful & helped us resolve the issue. I recently changed the wifi router and lost connectivity on camera door bell signal. I called technical support line and the person who assisted me was the most patient and helpful person. Very professional, great communication and most importantly solved my problem. Often I get stressed about calling technical support over the phone but Fluent service is great. Thank you so much!

Very helpful in getting the camera probalem solved which had to be reset on their end

The alarm system came with the house. It desperate** needed servicing and a full reset. **** spent a couple hours verifying everything. Later ** patient** walked me through setting up the phone app and verifying that all the functions from furnace to door locks and arming all worked. Excellent service from both tech support and the service technician ??

I had two get two door sensors working again. One was no good, fluent sent me a new one right away and helped me get both the new and old one back online via telephone. *** was the tech that helped me out, very professional and efficient!
