The business provided many free services and maintained consistent pricing.Sales representative '*****' provided above and beyond service, providing all information about devices and their behaviors. He went as far as allowing replacement of an old sensor if it could not be repaired.Technician ****** went above and beyond by arriving at the earliest possible time for convenience. Installed all devices and repaired any faults in the system. He was patient and provided clear instructions on both the panel, app, and devices.

After my home renovations I needed to reset all the sensors. Called tech support. Very short wait time for a service rep. ***** assisted me with resetting my sensors and tested each to make sure all were working. Very knowledgeable

Good response time via e-mail and phone for technical issues. Only required to phone them three times in 5 years. Twice to reboot the alarm panel and once to ask how to replace the battery and reset the basement flood alarm. Otherwise things work well.
