I spoke on the phone with Nicky never had I received this type of customer service from any company representative before!!! All my concerns were answered & she had shown complete interest in my concerns, as if they were her own. Treat people the way you expect to be treated yourself definitely goes a long way... Nicky was very knowledgeable about Fluent Security systems & what wasn't known she referenced from her system... Bhwanjot came and really explained everything well. Helped me understand the system and was very helpful. I was very pleased with everything. I was not impressed with my old system and was just riding out my contract but when he came he provided everything I wanted and with better service. I’m so happy he came by and I have a better security system now.
They where prompt and. thorough. Explained everything and accommodate my request. Friendly guys.would recommend them.
I had a Fluent Home representative come to my door, mentioning they were the Canadian alternative to my current provider.
