Have had some fairly major issues with Fluent over the last two months regarding a false alarm charge. In talking with, Chelsey, a supervisor, my issues seemed to be resolved. This morning, I noticed a credit card charge on my account which I was assured would not be charged. So, I called again and spoke to Alex who responded very professionally and politely addressed my issue with a very satisfactory solution. Thank you Alex for your polite and efficient telephone manner.

Called Fluent customer service to get help with setting my camera up to record motion as it wasn’t working for me. Other than a long wait time (although I love the call back feature), Daiya was great. She solved the issue quickly and easily.

I had an error showing up on my panel board. Called into the help centre and was transferred to the department to review the problem. Very fast and efficient service. He was able to guide me thru the process very easily. Also notified me of a low batter warning and had me email pics of the sensor so he could tel me exactly which battery to replace.

Customer service was extremely helpful and even took me step by step through some useful things that were not what I was calling about but are useful. He was patient with me as I am not overly computer friendly.

Diya gave excellent service today. Called to reschedule the time of my appointment. She put in the extra effort to check with the technicians and reschedule my appointment to suit my availability
