Fortunate enough to have had Brett arrive 30 minutes after I called. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and have us back up and running in record time.
RecommendedFocus is the best! From the estimate by Dan, to the installation of my new AC unit their customer service is by far the best in the business. We recently had trouble with the AC not working and the techs at Focus came out many times over the course of 5 days and were knowledgeable and friendly every single time even in the heat! I would not use anyone else! Thanks Focus for the best service ever and a great staff as well!!
