RecommendedAs a single woman I’m always hesitant having people i don’t know in my home. I recently recommended Focus to a female friend of mine. She told me that she felt completely safe the entire time. The Focus crew member came in, did the job and left and not once did she feel uncomfortable or nervous. I think that says a LOT about the quality of people Focus chooses to work for them. Would definitely recommend and use myself!!

RecommendedOur heat went out on a Sunday night, called Focus at 745a Monday morning, the Tech was here by 10a. Polite, professional and our heat was repaired quickly at a reasonable price. Thanks for a job well done.

I just wanted to give a positive review on Stratford’s FOCUS HVAC heating and air conditioning. Today I had an issue with my air conditioner and I know that it is very difficult to get an appointment this time of year, but since I was a resident they made ever effort to come out today. They were able to fix the problem and didn’t try to up sales me on unneeded repairs. I have had horrible experiences in the past with other repair people and it was a pleasure dealing with them.
