I bought a 2017 ford taurus and have had nothing but problems. Went to pick up my car and found out it had 1 key another keys 500 and they won't cover it. Car has had vibrations and issues from day 1 no warranty just excuses and more money. Never a car to drive while yours is dropped off like promised. I feel a lawsuit may be the only option. Car was a rental and they never mentioned that. Payed 20k put down 4k and 8 months later less than 10000 miles it's worth 13k on trade. Terrible customer service and second rate cars.
