RecommendedAfter multiple conversations with Matt, we finally set an appointment to come in. Matt was super friendly and super helpful. At our appointment, we met with Shelby. She was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful. She listened to what we wanted and steered in the right direction. Because of Shelby, we found a vehicle we wanted. Then entered Peter, one of the sales managers. I’ve bought two cars from Foggs and no more. Each time there was something off - the first car had a tiny spot of rust on the door that the salesman assured me he’d have taken care of. Six months later I had a spot the size of a dessert plate, the salesman was no longer there and there was nothing they could do. The second car took all afternoon, I was exhausted by the time I signed the paperwork and wasn’t paying as close attention as I should have.
