First visit: Ms Ainsley was friendly & well informed . She did a number of X-ray’s. Dr Porter was excellent. She did an excellent discovery of all things good & bad in my mouth . Cost even with insurance is high . So I’m lined up for a few things culminating in a teeth whitening.2nd visit- for a cleaning. This was the first visit back after major oral surgery after which I had several tooth extractions and was fitted for complete upper dentures. Because I was put to sleep there was a lot I didn’t remember and I needed some blanks filled in. All of my questions and concerns were answered. Like I said in an earlier review, Dr. Fontenot’s practice is the best run practice I’ve had the pleasure of visiting and I certainly recommend them to anyone who needs quality dental care in a friendly clinical atmosphere.
Great visit. Very nice staff! Dental work is far from cheap so if you need the work done you just as soon go to a place that takes care of your issues in the best possible way. I dread going to any dentist but this place is the best by far that I’ve been to.
In for a routine cleaning and x-rays. Seen on time. Completed with no problems. And as the title states I left with a bright smile.
Always prompt,& all the staff are kind& considerate. For having several procedures,I've always had a non- painful result. ( the shots hurt the most) Always checking on me as they do the procedures to be sure I'm ok.
On time, no excessive waiting, the dental assistant was excellent and had everything prepped and ready for Dr Fontenot to walk into the treatment facility and perform the extraction in what I consider record time. I suppose it varies from patient to patient but I chose the use of Nitrous oxide (laughing Gas) to calm me down. In the past I’ve never used it. I’m on the fence as to recommend the gas, not sure it’s actually worth the $100. fee. My next appointment he’s going to extract 4 upper teeth in one sitting and rest assur... read more
Several positive factors stood out to me, wait times in waiting lobby was minimal, staff appears to be very apt in their field and they are very polite and friendly. I’v never gone to a dentist where I could watch TV and control what’s viewing…I’m not a dentist but the treatment plan seems in order and fits my needs.
