Great experience despite my anxiety about dental work. The staff was compassionate and professional. They answered all my questions and ensured that I was comfortable and informed on what was being done. Thank you for taking the extra time to ensure I was ok. I went in for a dental cleaning on 01/22/24 as a new patient at the office in Scott with Tyler and they treated me as if I was a patient from day one. Greeted me at the door and had great hospitality. All the employees were nice and put on a smile in my presence. They were fast and very communicative about all there procedures going on. This was my very first visit. I was referred by my neighbor. After calling a few months ago to schedule an appointment, they were able to fit me in, much earlier than previously given. The staff was great and my hygienist was awesome! She explained each and every step she was performing. Will definitely go back and recommend others.
Wow. I was impressed the moment I walked in! Modern decor, clean, very friendly staff, and extremely helpful. First timer, so I was assured that everything was in order, so I could take a seat. Hygienist was friendly also, and thorough. Modern equipment, technology, atmosphere. Cleaning and exam took about an hour. I met Dr. Mullen, and did his exam. Again, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend this office for the best of care!
All my expectation were met! Staff was extremely efficient and gave thorough explanations about the services that I needed. Taylor, Tyler and Dr Mullen were all very professional and did an excellent job with my dental care. Their knowledge and the equipment they used were top notch. The waiting and exam rooms were both comfortable and clean. I would highly recommend Fontenot Family Dentistry.
