They take great care to fit the correct shoe for my wide foot with narrow heel. I bought two pair of sandals in addition to my Brooks shoes for walking. All are comfortable, have great arch support and, if they last as long as previous shoes I have bought there, will be well worth the price.
What a wonderful couple that run this store. I have a hard time getting shoes that fit. Women’s size 12 is hard to find in a store and I get so tired of sending shoes back because they don’t fit. I was looking for dress shoes for a wedding and they were able to fit me into sandals that are perfect. They did not have the color I wanted in stock so after fitting me into another color they ordered what I wanted and they arrived in about 9 days. I highly recommend them. I am very very happy!
My visit to Foot Solutions was a fantastic experience. Outstanding attention was given to my feet and gait via a foot pressure gage and the attendant watching me walk and asking personal questions. The attendant actually (politely) turned away a potential sale because she was working with me. At this visit I purchased insoles and foot cream and ordered shoes that met my needs for support. The good folks here don’t sell shoes. They seek for solutions that will fit your needs. I’ve bought shoes from them that have lasted ten years (with replacing the foot bed once). I’ve had them tell me not to buy a certain pair because it wouldn’t support my foot adequately. They’ve also made helpful suggestions, and I highly recommend them.
