I've been going here for over two years and have always had a phenomenal experience. Flora is great at her job, she listens and wants the orthotics to fit comfortable and correctly. Their shoe selection is limited and so is sizing so I find that it can be frustrating and difficult to find the right shoe. Other than that, I recommend this place!
Went to get snow boot. Bought a good pair, paid $230 + taxes. At night when checking review of boot saw same boots were being sold by Naturalizer at $199 and were on sale at $159.99. While putting them back in the box noticed on right boot the liner is sticking out. Went to store requesting a refund said no all sales are final we can give store credit. When showed the liner sticking out I was told because it’s leather it’s showing white. When pointed it was looking odd why can’t I return it, I was told no it’s not defective ... read more
Terrible customer service ...Stay away!!! I went to this location looking for Finn Comfort shoes there selection was poor and outdated. I decided to buy insoles and I was told by the sales person that she we wouldn't sell them to me just in case someone else wanted them. I was insulted so I contacted the manager the next day only to find out I was dealing with the owner. How someone so unprofessional can own a store is totally beyond me. I will never come back to this location ever again.
Been buying orthotics from here for over a decade. Really great service and great products. Flora has saved me from a lifetime of shin pain.
hands down best orthopedics shoe store location in this local area, highly recommend!!!
