I have really bad feet- & each of my feet have different problems- I went here and had the nicest and best service with Diane who was very patient and through and helpful and kind. I am not easy to fit- Diane really helped me and she was so supportive and patient. Diane also told me exercises I can do to try to help with my foot pain.I look forward to returning for a pair of sandals that I will have to save up for- I highly recommend going here - I truly appreciated the excellent service- Thank you
Went in to Foot Solutions and Joe The owner assisted me. I had a very specific issue that he was able to help me. He did a very thorough evaluation and spent time to fit me with new shoes as well as to provide an insert to my existing pair of shoes. I learned so much and walked out with shoes that provided me exactly what I needed. You can’t do that with on-line only shopping.
Wow! Very good experience! Diane helped my husband and I to find orthotics and shoes. We both have high arches and wide feet. I have never found such comfortable shoes and insoles!!! So happy. Wonderful customer service. Thank you.
I have had issues with my feet for years. I paid $300 for a pair of orthotics inserts from an orthopedic podiatrist that didn't help my feet. I live over an hour from the store it was a last resort and trying to find a place that sells shoes that may not hurt my feet. From the moment I walked in Joe was extremely helpful. I have bunions and hammer toes and have unsuccessfully purchased 4 pairs orthotics that did not work. Joe made me a pair and after one adjustment are great. I have worn them Four months and am ordering a second pair because I play sports and need a back up pair. Joe you are great at what you do. Judith
