I was extremely pleased with the knowledge and courtesy which Mark displayed. He quickly understood what I needed and went out of his way to accommodate me. A very fine place to go for shoes that are comfortable and meet your needs.

Great place to get the right shoe. Knowledgeable staff who are very patient. No pressure sales. This is the first time in my life I will have the right shoe size. I have very wide feet. Most shoe stores will push a larger shoe so they'll "fit." This place take time to get you in a shoe that fits length, width, arch support, everything. While it's more expensive to get the right shoe, it's worth every dollar. Investing in your health is worth it! You do get what you pay for! I will be back soon. I love this particular Foot Solutions . The staff is outstanding ! They are very hands on and patient... My sister must of tried on 10 pairs of sandals and they ended up not having the color she wanted. They called a store nearby & held the sandals for her. I highly recommend Foot Solutions in Peoria mainly because of the kind, caring staff. It's very reassuring to customers to know their needs are being met... THANK YOU FOOT SOLUTIONS .

I've been going to foot solutions on thunderbird for years, mainly for myself but also for my brother with cerebral palsy & my mother I just got her some really comfortable, skid resistant slippers that she loves. But Mark and the team have never let me down ! I'm on my feet a minimum of 8 hrs a day & need reliable shoes . I have had planters in the past but has subsided with the proper shoes . I have Achilles tendentious and arthritis and a lot of swelling along with it so it is a challenge to find right shoes for me . But ... read more

I have had planter fasciitis for 3 or 4 months tried everything from rolling golf balls ice bottles night splint ... went into this location and Mark Pencala was absolutely amazing. Understood my problem and fitted me with sandals and shoes and inserts and I feel relief already. He also educated me on why I have this pain and other things to improve my foot so I can power walk again !

I just got a pair of shoes to wear to my silver sneaker classes (as mine were totally demolished) with all the walking that I do everyday, in ADDITION to my Silver Sneakers class workouts!!!). These will last a very long time. I loved the care that the employees give you. I had Mark wait on me and he went through at least 10 pairs of shoes before we found just the right one that fit just right! I love that the employees are professional, patient, and know just exactly what they're doing. And I definitely will go back there ... read more

I just bought my second pair of shoes here. I got a lot of personal attention from the staff, who went out of there way to make sure I got what I needed for my individual situation. They also were fantastic about recovering some old inserts I bought and patching problems in my last pair. Fantastic service!
