If you need shoes, orthodics, socks....well, really anything below ankle, Foot Solutions is the place to go. Everyone employed there knows their products, and they know feet! No clumsy, wide-eyed, dazed workers here. Questions answered, wide variety of product to explore, problems solved, without any pressure! And, if they don't have your size or shape...they will simply order it for your examination and possible purchase.

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone. I called looking for a specific shoe, I have them the brand, color and size, was told "yep we have it in stock" I dropped what I was doing and drove over 30 min to get there to find out it's the wrong shoe! HOW CAN YOU GET THE COLOR WRONG UNLESS YOU ARE COLOR BLIND OR DONT CARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Very expensive, $219 for 1 pair, that hurt my feet. Very disappointed. Can't wear these shoes! Thought this store would be the answer to my problems. Just an expensive diversion. This was my third purchase. The first pair of sport shoes they sold me was a rocker tennis shoe. I'm 75yo with an ankle replacement. I could not keep my balance wearing these. Wrote the company a letter. There response was"they should not have sold them to you". Will never go back again.

This was not what I expected at all. I expected knowledgeable staff who would look at my feet and ankles, my gait, and understand my occupation and the requirements thereof. What I got was a salesperson trying to sell me a name brand athletic shoe that I could get for 1/2 the price at a retail store. Still shopping...

The salesperson was very helpful and accommodating, so that was not the problem. I declined the $300.00 insoles but settled for the $77.00 insoles and bought Brooks Dyad 8 running shoes. I needed a good shoe to help with the Plantar Fasciitis. For the shoes and the insoles I spent over $200.00 and I wouldn't mind if they worked. But I hate, hate, hate the shoes. My mother and I went into this Foot Solutions earlier today to help my mother's plantar fasciitis. We went into the store and the sales associate that helped us was friendly at first. He gave us many tips to help with plantar fasciitsis. He helped my mom try on lots of shoes and talked about buying the insoles. But the shoes and the special insoles were freaking expensive!
