Terrible service. Looked at the gold 2008 f-150. The tires are shot, the check engine light was on, the tailgate wouldn’t open, and the speakers are blown. When I asked if they would fix any of the issues and responded that they would raise the price if they put any work into the truck. They also tried telling me that the tires are good, when the whole inside tread block was gone. I will never give them any of my business and I will also make sure that anyone I know knows how shady they are.

Disgusted! Bought a used vehicle there recently. Nothing but problems. Wash and wax a piece of junk...and you have a washed and waxed piece of junk. One bad tire with a slow leak...brake booster went out(should include master cylinder replacement, but didn't). engine compartment was absolutely filthy! They smiled and were sweet as pie...and told us everything we wanted to hear, just to sell a piece of junk. Never coming back.

They damaged my vehicle while it was in their shop and didn’t have the integrity to tell me. Now they treat me like I’m stealing from them because I said something about it! Took a flat in to get repaired n they told me I’d have to wait almost a week!! I don’t know how the sales dept is, but service leaves a lot to be desired... don’t like this review Hibbing Ford? You know how to contact me.

Buying our car was easy enough. However, their service, so far, in regards to repairs leaves quite a lot to be desired. We brought our car in a couple weeks ago and were told it was a head gasket and covered under the warranty. However, a week later when we received the call that our car was done, we ended up paying $160 for them to change ONE spark plug. That was the only repair that had done! Which, of course, wasn't covered by warranty. They also did not call to get any authorization to change said spark plug, which sh... read more

Buying our truck was great! Even though the salesman complained about his previous job at a nearby Ford dealership which was a bit uncomfortable. However about a a week and a half later after I had totally recommended going to Ford of Hibbing to relatives of mine that had went there with the intention of purchasing a similar truck but had gotten the cold shoulder. We agree with you 100%. We are taking corrective action. We are not happy that customers felt that way . Service can’t see the sales people , so they didn’t know to greet the customers on the showroom . Yes it was a breakdown in communication . We try to stay light staffed to keep our prices down.

Not happy with the service department didn't fix my truck an left it a mass

We apologize for your experience and thank you for your feedback. I would like to offfer to pay for your four tires. Hopefully that takes care of the vibration . I talked with our service department. They originally thought you might have a wheel bearing issue. Thus they took apart the rear axle. This is the only way you can check the bearings, otherwise you can't see them.
