Saleswoman acted like she’d never talked to me drove 2 hours to test drive after talking to her the day before. Would not recommend Ford of Hibbing.
Horrible experiences with the vehicle service department! The short version, a month later and 4,400 dollars. I recieved my Ford 7.3 diesel back with a broken windshield that was entacted at drop off. Still popping the same codes that it was at drop of because I quote "they are being stubborn". It now surges while driving down the road and is blowing oil. Thanks Ford of Hibbing for fixing the blown relay for over 4000 dollars!!! Never, ever again!

racist and lied well tried to and has no concept of law whatsoever. Katy there snubbed her nose at my husband and I and our MIX child the moment we came in.
