I didn't have my eyes surgery yet, but I had my virtual consultation with Dr.Ford, and it's
obvious that he is a thoughtful doctor. He love his job, and I believe that he is in the right profession. Everyone have stress sometimes, but Dr.Ford knows how to manage his own stress, and I think it's because he has a good work/life balance. Plastic surgery is pretty much an art as every patients are unique. But it's his love of the profession and his calm approach that allow him to create masterpiece or something that the patient will be happy. You're in good hands with Dr.Ford.

From the moment that I met with him I knew that he would be my surgeon ! He is super kind and attentive to your desired outcome.
Safety is first and for most with him, I pretty much figured that out from the very start of our conversation..

I am so happy that I chose Dr.Ford for my breast augmentation, he and his staff were very patient with me !!
I didn’t have a great experience with my last ps so I was a little apprehensive and spent a great deal of time reviewing Physicians to redo my implants .
The moment I met with him I knew that he was the one!!
He fixed my previous horrible scar under my breast where my sutures let go and left me with a huge open wound, I don’t believe he even charged me for that !!
I highly recommend anyone who wants a surgeon that cares to pick him as your ps .
I am so happy with my results and also happy with the sizing that he chose for me, he is committed to patient safety first and foremost.
The office ,nursing team and the anesthesiologist were outstanding !
Thank you to Phil for being patient and answering all of my questions prior to my procedure!!( he was quick to reply to my text messages or calls)

I have had many melanomas removed by Dr. Ford over the years and could not be more pleased by the results. Wonderful staff - very understanding and accommodating He's lucky to have them! Highly recommend.

I've been going to Dr.Ford for the past year. ( Breast augmentation + lift, arm lift and liposuction.) He is a wonderful doctor and has helped me get the results just right. I've seen a lot of bad breast lift results on the internet and was nervous about them looking square or misshapen but everything looks fantastic. He is also very kind and calm and puts me at ease when I'm nervous. His staff are also wonderful. I plan on having many more procedures with him.

My upper blepharoplasty was long time due. Inherited heavy upper lids with age became a nuisance. After thorough research Dr. Derek Ford was my only choice. Not only he is a Plastic Cosmetic Surgeon, like many others, but also Oculoplastic Surgeon with rich experience. Having medical doctor background I understand how important this qualification in choosing a surgeon who is going to deal with your eyes. Everything appealed to me. When you call, the first impression is the secretary and her/his telephone manners. During my numerous phone calls I spoke and later dealt with few: Catherine, Georgia and Phil. They all were friendly, informative and very helpful. On my first meeting with Dr. Derek Ford I was quite nervous from the beginning, but his calm attitude made me feel comfortable almost immediately. Dr. Ford answered my countless concerns and made sharp suggestions. I am far not an easy patient. I must admit that during the whole time Dr. Ford was extremely patient and understanding with all concerns I had, with personal circumstances that I encountered by going extra mile, having additional consultations, talking on phone, accommodating the date and time of procedure. Worth to mention this doctor is actually accessible on the phone while you need him and his readiness to answer is very important, which stands him apart from and above many other. The day of the surgery I was anxious and extremely nervous, but after entering the operating facilities I was so astonished that it took all my anxiety away. Top notch and futuristic - these are the words to describe this massive, spacious, ultra-modern and very stylish place. After pleasant conversation with Anesthesiologist and choosing together the type of anesthesia I felt almost as good as before going for vacation, when still in the airport, not quite there yet, but already anticipating something exciting. Then, after Dr, Derek Ford's briefly explanation (how many times he did it before, but it was comforting, re-assuring and yes, so much needed) I was finally ready. My choice of deep sedation was right. Anesthesiologist (unfortunately didn't get his name to praise him) was absolutely excellent. The surgery went great. As I expected, Dr. Ford was impeccable and precise. Should I do this procedure 10 years ago it wouldn't have to be as invasive. Still, my recovery time was somewhat within normal. Lots of bruising and swelling, but 2 weeks later my eyes started resembling how they were 25 years ago. Today is exactly 3 months of the surgery. I am happy. I see better (yes, my upper lids were obstructing vision). I look younger and its easy to put eye make up (whoever has droopy upper lid with excess skin knows exactly what I mean). I receive compliments and questions about the doctor all the time. I recommended Dr. Derek Ford to few friends of mine and is confident to recommend him to everyone who needs cosmetic surgery. I want to take an opportunity and one more time to thank this amazing professional, surgeon, artist - Doctor Derek Ford and his great team. Ilana Popov.

Upon first meeting Dr Ford, I was impressed with his kind, and professional demeanor. I chose him because of his specialty in Oculoplastic surgery, and experience. I was very nervous about having surgery, and had a lot of questions, which were answered before, during, and after my surgery, which really put my mind at ease! Dr Ford is so patient, and caring. I had a facelift, necklift, lower blepharoplasty, and fat grafting, in April. Dr Ford is an artist! My results are so natural, and better every day! I thought I had to live with my tired eyes, but feel so beautifully refreshed now, and am a patient for life!
