I am post-op 4 days now. Prior to operation I called Dr. Ford's staff several times with questions. They were very knowledgeable and reassuring. When i came home there was an issue that homecare was concerned about. Dr. Ford responded quickly with instructions that quickly corrected the situation. I had facelift and blepharoplasty surgery six months ago by Dr Derek Ford. There was very little discomfort and bruising. It was a very worthwhile procedure that I would recommend highly for anyone considering a refresh.
I had cancer removed from my face!! He didn't make me feel comfortable! I was treated like a slab of meat and told to get off the table for the next patient as I was crying and shaking over this frightful experience!! Very Cold!! It was covered by Ohio so I'm guessing this is why I was treated so bad!! I had no follow up appt or call to see how I was!! Very disrespectful! But my cut was Perfect!! Minimal scare! So some good came of this experience!
I am from a medical family, and I was referred to Dr Ford based by another Plastic Surgeon for my blepharoplasty surgery. It has been just over one year since my procedure and I am very satisfied with my decision and the care I have received. I feel my appearance is natural and discrete, the way cosmetic surgery should be.
