Excellent Experience
We had already purchased a plot however, we did not have our funeral plans completed. Sandra Zaldana has been working with our family members for several years. We attended a free luncheon provided by Forest Lawn. Food was great, location close to our home, most importantly gave details of what we still needed to do. Two week later she came to our home to give us pricing, choice of what kind of funeral, casket, flowers and answered other questions we had. Sandra followed all CDC guidelines when she came to our home.We signed all documents 1 week later. Our minds are at ease, our adult children do not have any thing to worry about when we pass.Thank you Sandra for your professionalism. You are a great asset to Forest Lawn.

I can't say enough good things about my interactions with Forest Lawn in the last year, and this review is well overdue.
In what has been a truly awful year dealing with the loss of a loved one, they have been so kind and helpful.
They helped us arrange the funeral during the pandemic and advised extensively on our options, from finding a plot, to the service arrangements, and even made sure we knew what it is you have to do to get death certificates and who to send them to. They were brilliant.
In our particular I have to mention Dennis who has been helping me choose a headstone. He has shown endless patience in showing me different designs, and explaining how things work. He works tirelessly, always responding to emails promptly, and shows great humanity and kindness - he truly understands the importance of having a tablet that's a perfect lasting reminder of your loved one.

Ana is the best of the best - pre-need planning advisor at Forest Lawn
This review is meant to profusely compliment Ana, the advisor from Forest Lawn with whom I met to lock in my final arrangements.She was sensitive, empathetic and personable. Not only that, she somehow managed to help me obtain a property in a section of the cemetery that is always sold out. I'd been looking on plot reseller sites for over a year for availability in that locale, and had resigned myself that I wasn't going to be able to have the resting place that my heart really desired.Thanks to Ana's diligence and double-checking, she made that happen and I could not be more pleased.Be advised, the services and properties here are not cheap. But given there was nowhere else I wanted to end up, they were able to make arrangements for me by letting me choose from a variety of payment terms, down payment amounts and monthly payment plans, all at a very reasonable interest rate, so I could make this work within my budget.THANK YOU, Ana! I hope I don't need this purchase for a long time, but I am comforted knowing it is there whenever my family needs it.

A Storybook Resting Place!
Forest Lawn Cemetery is one of the prettiest fairytale places of rest I've ever seen. It really is breathtaking. Dr. Eaton made sure it would be a park like theme; with tons of greenery, fountains, wildlife, and sunshine. The murals, the museum, and the statues just bring it to another level. The religious paintings seem to project through the sun rays, and it just makes this a perfect resting place.The older section is different and can give you the eerie feeling because the markers are huge, old, and a little spooky but, it's a minute drive to the newer area. But, I believe it gives Forest Lawn its beautiful past.
