It took 6 months to complete a bathroom remodel of about 6' x 10'..... Forever Floors had previously (8 yrs ago) completely remodeled two bedrooms and our kitchen, and they did superb work in every aspect. So, of course, we expected the same great work this time. Unfortunately, no. The project manager that had so expertly managed our first project time was gone - with no one to replace her. Communication/follow up was dreadful. We left messages and received no response - until maybe days later. Most of the skilled workers did a good job (with two exceptions). Overall, the bathroom turned out well, with some small "errors" only we will likely notice. They did deduct $250 off our final bill due to the exorbitant amount of time the project took. When we received the bill by email, we were also informed that Forever Floors no longer exists! Sold out to Carpetland! Guess that explains everything........... Really too bad, because they had been so fantastic.......

quickly / professionally with an eye for detail !
Did a great job cleaning up when they were finished as well. The carpet I selected looks /feels terrific and should serve me well for years to come. Can't wait for new furniture to arrive !
I will have no reservations about recommending your Company in the future .

I am so glad I chose this new Armstrong flooring. It's beautiful, color is right, texture is right and this will hold up for all my needs. The friendly installer (Darrin) did a most excellent job. He was here when he said he would be, explained everything through the process, matched woodwork and kickplate colors, answered my questions and cleaned up after the job was done. I am more than satisfied with this job and will recommend Forever Floors to relatives and friends!
