I am using Forever Floors Inc for my flooring. They are putting in floors for me right now. They will finish it today or tomorrow. They are doing two rooms of carpet and six rooms of vinyl flooring. I’m very pleased with them. They are very good. They were prompt. They did what they were saying. They do a few extra things. The quality is good but I don’t know if it’s outstanding. I would use their services again in the future.

It took 6 months to complete a bathroom remodel of about 6' x 10'..... Forever Floors had previously (8 yrs ago) completely remodeled two bedrooms and our kitchen, and they did superb work in every aspect. So, of course, we expected the same great work this time. Unfortunately, no. The project manager that had so expertly managed our first project time was gone - with no one to replace her. Communication/follow up was dreadful. Installed vinyl plank flooring in my home that I purchase from them. I spent $10,000 putting vinyl plank in my home and was told that felt would be put under my furniture. The installers would not put the felt under the furniture. The very day they finished the installation I found scratch marks all over my floor. I returned to the store that day with pictures and was guaranteed they would fix it for me. The owner came out and measured the kitchen, but now no one can find anything about it. I have called 4 times and I'm finished there. I've moved on. Not well.

Installed ceramic tile, harwood floors and new carpet. We were trying to match up existing tile and hardwood. They did a great job helping us pick a match to the existing tile and wood. They actually installed the original hardwood, so we had a perfect match. The tile installer did a fabulous job!!!! 100% He did such a good job I cannot even tell where the old and new come together!! I would have this guy to a tile job for me any day.
