Booked room through website, arrived only to be turned away as apparently they discriminate against people who are not vaccinated. This information was not on the website or in confirmation email when booked. Reception staff rude and unhelpful. Was turned away with my child with Autism with no apology or help to find alternate accommodation. After all the times we have stayed in the past this is very disappointing.
Would not recommend at all. Decor was dated and old, walked in and the room smelt musty and stale. Mould in the shower.Uncomfortable bed so had a dreadful nights sleep. Had to pay a $200 bond as well as room payment, which 5 days later still isn’t back in our account. Photos of the rooms are very different to how the rooms actually are. Only positive was the location. Definitely will not stay again!
The bathroom was tiny , couldn’t turn around in the shower , limited water pressure . Stains in carpet , very noisy through thin walls and road traffic . Couldn’t use carpark after going out for dinner as it was full and on the one occasion that we did use carpark the garden in the middle made it hard to manoeuvre. Was expecting a queen size bed only had a double quite uncomfortable pillows like concrete . Did not use restaurant as was so disappointed in room was not going to spend more money there . We cut our stay short .
