Dylan took the time to explain the process throughout... Very professional, and very well done. From my first inquiry of getting a refinance to me asking questions about the numbers etc, Dylan left no stone unturned in providing me information and getting me answers.
Dylan was awesome! He made me feel vey comfortable when talking to him. He seemed to be very kind and assuring. I was comfortable asking as many questions because he ALWAYS text me back right away and ALWAYS answered my calls and was very kind and courteous.

Dylan was super easy to work with. He did all the heavy lifting for us and made the refinance process extremely easy. It took very little time on our part. Just answer a few questions, send a few docs and sign on the dotted line. The signing agent even came to us for closing! I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to refinance.

Working with handshake and Dylan was amazing. He saved us money and answered questions at all hours quickly. He was honest and did not try to overwhelm us with anything. He talked everything through and if something didn’t make sense he went above and beyond to make sure we understood. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.
