I have refinanced a few times and the communication with this team was great. It was quick and seem less. I would recommend hand shake home loans to anyone looking to refinance or buy a house. Even after my loan has closed they still work with you on up and coming things can help you save money. Every thing was done on line and at my house. Working with handshake and Dylan was amazing. He saved us money and answered questions at all hours quickly. He was honest and did not try to overwhelm us with anything. He talked everything through and if something didn’t make sense he went above and beyond to make sure we understood. I look forward to working with them again in the near future.

Dylan is THE MAN. He got mine interest rate down when others couldn't. I had a ton of questions-from complex to idiotic ( I suck at computer stuff) and he was always very patient and understanding. He walked me through the process and helped me to understand the process. Everything Dylan told me would happen (things in his control) happened exactly as he said. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him/handshake home loans again!
Dylan was helpful and clearly communicated throughout the entire refi process. He answered all of my questions (lots of them) and addressed all concerns promptly. Overall, the process was pretty easy, we got a great interest rate, and everything went pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
