Dylan was great to work with the whole process went very smooth and quick so glad I had spoke to him. Dylan made sure that he stayed in contact with us when any thing came up he also made sure that the Appraiser were on schedule and there were no hold up's. Thanks Dylan for your hard work.
Dylan is THE MAN. He got mine interest rate down when others couldn't. I had a ton of questions-from complex to idiotic ( I suck at computer stuff) and he was always very patient and understanding. He walked me through the process and helped me to understand the process. Everything Dylan told me would happen (things in his control) happened exactly as he said. He was a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with him/handshake home loans again!
Dylan was helpful and clearly communicated throughout the entire refi process. He answered all of my questions (lots of them) and addressed all concerns promptly. Overall, the process was pretty easy, we got a great interest rate, and everything went pretty smooth. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.
