I have to say this month has been nothing but a nightmare for me, as I have encountered several issues that have left me feeling incredibly disheartened. awful absolutely awful the woman at the front i belive her name is Elizabeth is no help to the residence nor the business itself i've asked multiple questions that i needed answers to and not a single respond of hers was no help, very disappointed in the business and the city of austin for not shutting off this apartment complex already.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not live here. It's cheap for a reason. No warning whatsoever the water was off for the entire complex after it had been out for over 3 hours. Nobody ever answers the phone or any emails.
Dear owners of Fort Branch, I would like to tell you that you have a horrible leasing and assistant at your office. If I could give 0 stars I most certainly would! They are both rude, unprofessional, are in high need of basic customer service, and quite frankly have zero manners. Because of them I will not be renewing my lease. As a suggestion, hire friendly people with manners.
Place doesn't even deserve stars. I lived there for 6 years and 5 people died there we have a two year old at out door at 11pm the police came and was calling out for the parents till 2am I've had swat outside my door twice I've been told to leave my unit cause there was an armed and dangerous person they were looking for. The pool is ALWAYS dirty and the office people are not great at their job and that goes for Maintenance that they can never keep.
Okay Here's a full rundown of what it was like to live at the luxurious Fort Branch at Truman's landing apartments... Asking for help from the office was either a maybe or you'd get yelled at. When we First moved in 3/4 of our stove burners didn't work, so we put in a work order for it. 6 months in and we are still cooking everything on one burner until our dishwasher goes out and we put in a work order for that. DO NOT GET AN APARTMENT HERE They started having cops walk around and look into everybody's car, when you drive in they have cops waiting to check your car with a flashlight then proceed to ask you for your name and apartment number. If you have guests they have to go to the front office to check in by 5pm ??? Like so if I don't make plans until later then I can't have people come over cause they won't be let in the gates. They have horrible pot holes, they DO NOT CLEAN THE POOLS, MAINTENANCE SUCKS. 10/10 wouldn't recommend
So today was my move in date. And im sitting in a hotel room right now. Im so livid when i saw my apartment the toiletin the master bedroom was dirty looked like someone took a shit and pissed afterwards. The outlet cover was on the floor. Live roaches crawling on the walls and dead roaches every where. Recently visited my parents in this neighborhood when they had just moved in and my first impression was not a good one besides the management they were very professional and friendly. However the community itself is a disaster. Aside from there being about 7 or 8 dumpster areas around the community which are always overflowing, there's still trash everywhere, in the parking lot, children's playground, under the vents, in front of people's doors.
