When I first moved into these apartments, I was excited. I soon discovered it was the biggest mistake I have ever made. Kids run around unsupervised, people hang out on the stairs like it's their own personal stoop, the front gate never worked the whole year I was living there, my wife was sexually assaulted in the parking lot, and there was a roach infestation. I never lived here, but considered it a option due to price and location. While on tour of the property, I saw some guys hanging out in the parking lot blowing weed smoke that hit our faces while on the golf cart. Children playing in the parking lot unattended, dead roaches in the apartment I was shown. A unit that is considered "move in" ready should not have stains on the walls, broken blinds, crayon marks, dead roaches, etc...The worst part was witnessing the manager come outside to have a verbal sparring match with a ten... read more

I gave this place two stars because the new staff are ok. The old mainance man is rude to me. I was in the shower and he walked in the apartment and knocked on the door. The new guys are better though. The kids in this neighborhood are racist. They have bullied my daughter non stop and even the new kids are treating her the same way. DO NOT APPLY FOR AN APARTMENT HERE! They have no concern for you and they make you jump through hoops AFTER you have given them their $112.00 per person just to apply. In the meantime, if you are staying in a hotel or staying anywhere inconvenient, YOU are the one who has to continually check on your application. I reside at these apartments because it is affordable and other reasons I need to live close to my mother and my children go to school in this area. I'm not satisfied by being there because there's no access to all the things that a paying resident can enjoy. I am a working resident and I don't have access to the amenities such as the swimming pool, weight room or the club house. All I have to say is DO NOT MOVE HERE. They are the worst apartments I have ever lived in. We moved here 2012. We live on a 2nd floor, 2 bedroom apartment. There is no PRIVACY here for anyone. Every couple months within a year, they send people to inspect your home, all the while you are sitting on your couch as if a SWAT team is raiding your home for something that you more than likely don't have, or so that is how it felt. i wouldn't recommend anybody that i like to move in these apartments. my sister car was broken into and then 3 months my car was broken into while i was baby sitting for her. we told the apartments both times and they said that they were sorry(made a point to say it wasn't their fault) and that their security officer was going to talk to her/me and make a report. 4months later and no still hasn't came. **matter of fact the security officer chills with what looks like the worst of the residents. ** ****i wouldn't be surprised... read more
This complex has the worst management, especially Kelly, the office manager, of any place I've ever lived. The apts look nice and they are from the outside. If you enjoy theft, violence, drama, racism, and never having your requests in writing taken seriously. You will absolutely love this place. I have service animals.
