Great experience, had a problem with a piece I bought last year and it is being exchanged without an argument. Outstanding business model. I’ve dealt with Debbie at the Brick store several times over the last 4 years and cannot praise her enough.

The staff are always pleasant and professional at the Brick location. I do want to thank them as this day bed was purchased from there a couple years ago which sustained damage later unfortunately and it wasn’t their fault but the coachman warranty company That was purchased to cover these situations for quite a bit did nothing to replace the ottoman that became damaged. Frustrated I went back to the store recently to see out of desperation if I could purchase the ottoman separately as no one outside could fix it. The sales ... read more
