RecommendedThe staff are always pleasant and professional at the Brick location. I do want to thank them as this day bed was purchased from there a couple years ago which sustained damage later unfortunately and it wasn’t their fault but the coachman warranty company That was purchased to cover these situations for quite a bit did nothing to replace the ottoman that became damaged. Myself and a friend went there on Tuesday and purchased a patio set with cushions, umbrella and sturdy umbrella base holder. We were helped by Kelly Russo. She was so helpful and fun. It was such a fun shopping experience and she made it fun. She even gave my friend a yummy recipe. We both love Kelly and love what I bought. Beautiful and reasonable. I purchased a complete patio set from the Brick store 4 years ago and recently had a problem with the umbrella which i had bought a protection plan on. I called the store and they were great telling me about the process to file a claim for replacement. Tom immediately pulled up my info and sent the original invoice to me. He was so pleasant to deal with despite the fact that i wasn't buying anything. They say you can judge a business by how they take care of you when you have a problem. I'm sold..will always recommend them!
Chris and Marc were very pleasant and helpful. I purchased a patio dining set and they answered all of my questions and made the arrangements for delivery very easy.
Marc at the Toms River location is great. He is very detailed and knows his stuff. He takes his time and makes you feel like he cares about your big purchase. Great Customer service.
Wonderful experience, purchased exactly what I wanted and the salesman was great.
We went here today (Brick NJ Location) 9/10/2019 prices are extremely well. The floor sets are even better priced. We've ordered from Wayfair similar in look but you can tell the difference in quality. The lady that helped us out her name is Debbie. She was very, very helpful. The delivery for everything is only a short few days out. Me and my wife are extremely pleased. I urge you to go there, even to take a looksie.
