DONT live here. I've lived here for 2 years and I cannot wait to move out in July. One of the reasons I moved here in the first place was because of the "security" which is nonexistent. I've had to report out of control parties MULTIPLE times to the authorities just so I could get some sleep. The management sucks. They are rude and will overcharge you in anyway possible. The reason why you see so many people asking to sublet or move out is because they cannot stand it here anymore. I was so excited to move into the forum but it has been HELL since I moved in august. Then we got new management, hoped for the best, but nothing changed. The management department is rude and does not really care for the residence and there is no maintenance, it's literally college students...this place is NOTHING like the model and I cannot wait to move out. DO NOT LIVE HERE! This place is a living nightmare! The apartment complex got new management in December/January. Everyone was hoping with the new management things would change for the better. To say the least I would literally cut off my leg to get our old management back! If you plan on sleeping don't live here the walls are basically made of paper.
