Hello I am looking for someone to take over my lease for June/July I live in a 4x4 (room D) and I pay $604 a month.
I think its a great place of residence over all, my only complaint is that my apartment is next to the railroad track. I really dont like hearing the train honk super loud, sometimes late at night! That is the only thing. So I guess dont get are room in buildings 5-6, or any of the ones that are next to the train track.
So far I have been impressed! But, maintenance has taken a while but once we told staff it gotten taken care of. I love being close to campus and I love the atmosphere of the forum. I can't wait to use all my amenities and enjoy my semester here!
I'm looking for someone to take over my lease. It's a five month lease from August to December! It's a 4X4 and costs $736 a month. They can also extend my lease to a 12 month if you are wanting one which would bring down the price! Please message me if you are interested! Thank you!
Turn and run! Terribly managed property from the top down. My son and his roommates experienced a roach infestation. After multiple service requests to eradicate the roaches and the inability to solve the issue their response is we'll move you to another apartment. Then when we tried to break the lease due to this health hazard they threatened legal action. Here's an idea, run a community where people want to stay and you won't need to try and force people to stay against their will and concern for health & safety.
I moved in last August & liked it at first. Till I was constantly having issues. The apartment was filthy when I moved in & me and my roommates spent a whole day wiping everything down. There is patched holes all over our living room ceiling. The electricity cap may seem like a lot but it's not we've gone over almost every month since we've been here and we are always watching the AC and turning it up when we're gone. when I first moved to the forums I liked the area. over time the train and parking got VERY ANNOYING. also the trash people are inconsistent. the people that work for the forums. ( not the associates) but the managers and accounting people are extremely rude and or unreasonable. the forums not only lost my payment 1 time but twice. and that's why I no longer live at the forum. the first 6 months was heaven the last was hell. so overall I guess they were okay. not the worse experience ever but I wouldn't recommend the forum t... read more
