Wondering if others have experienced problems with @forum health also known as @revitalize in Fairlawn? I chose this clinic for help with health issues that resulted after chemo-induced menopause. For the past year I have not had any issues with their service but recently, I questioned them about a medication that expired before I opened it. Worked with Revitalize a few years ago. Was promised that I would feel better in a year, I did so many EXPENSIVE tests with ZERO answers. The practitioner I worked with 1st was cold, I’d expect a warmer personality when spending obscene amounts of money. With the personality conflict aside, I had ZERO results with her. I am done with doctors that can't communicate with my insurance company. If you have all my insurance info, why are you ordering tests that aren't covered by my insurance?!? I was told I would be warned of anything not covered BEFORE the test was run.
