My sick dog (Ellie) needed to be seen by a Vet right away. I was very happy to have discovered Founder's Green! Whether you're new or an existing client it was so easy to make an online appointment with plenty of times & days to choose from. They are open daily & closed on Sundays. Dr. Miles and Tech Becky are simply amazing. After 16 years we had to put our dog, Doug, down. My wife and I were extremely impressed with the time and empathy shown by both of them. Thank you both for the tenderness shown to the three of us.

This place is great. Dr. Luplow and staff are so helpful and sweet. Our visits are always so pleasant even when dealing with unexpected health issues. They have a very reasonable and down to earth approach to give your pet their needs without scaring you. I also appreciate the transparency of pricing during the visit. They review costs before each step and when discussing options. Very grateful to have a trusted and responsive vet in the area!

All I can say is WOW! Had such an amazing experience today at the animal hospital. I brought our little guy in because he scratched his booty hole while on a walk this afternoon. Even though he didn't seem like he was in any pain, there was blood so I was worried. First off, upon calling, Ashley was so friendly and was able to get me in within 3 hours. An incredibly positive initial experience, as we were in a troubled way given an injury that occurred this morning to our 12YO dog, and we left pleased with the terrific care our pet received. We could not be more pleased with the staff and their customer service. Met Kelly at the front desk, articulated our dog's issues and handled the intake well in a kind manner throughout all the administrative elements. Seriously the best vet we've ever been too! We're from out of state and only in the area for a short family trip. Our dog Leo got in a little tussle with another dog and got a small cut near his eye. They where very accommodating with getting him seen with a same day appointment. Everyone here was so nice and sweet and took great care of our pup! They even followed up a few days later to make sure Leo was still doing fine! If it wasn't for a 16 hour drive we would be taking our pups here for all our vet needs!

We have followed Dr. Luplow to Founder's Green from Urban Vet Care and 5280 Vet Care (partner facility). She has cared for a diabetic kitty and a thyroid impaired kitty of ours. She spends time with you, even in the after hours. This time our 2 year old kitty fell 10 feet, pulled a heavy brick on himself and punctured a hole in his abdomen. I took my elderly dog in for a check up. Was told he had a UTI and the vet prescribed some medication. After that, I reached out to them because my dog was still acting sick but have not heard back. Whenever I've called in, they don't seem very coordinated on what's going on or who should help me. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience.

not only do they constantly email you (the emails are very annoying) but they are extremely SNOOTY and just overall mean girl attitudes with thier service. wouldnt give me my dogs prescription because I was late picking it up. told me I HAD to come in again just for another refill of trazadone which he's already been seen for. he's an aggressive dog with other dogs and they know that and that's why I needed it to get my dog to the groomer!
