I took my elderly dog in for a check up. Was told he had a UTI and the vet prescribed some medication. After that, I reached out to them because my dog was still acting sick but have not heard back. Whenever I've called in, they don't seem very coordinated on what's going on or who should help me. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience.

not only do they constantly email you (the emails are very annoying) but they are extremely SNOOTY and just overall mean girl attitudes with thier service. wouldnt give me my dogs prescription because I was late picking it up. told me I HAD to come in again just for another refill of trazadone which he's already been seen for. he's an aggressive dog with other dogs and they know that and that's why I needed it to get my dog to the groomer! Just a heads up to anyone needing an appointment just to get their cats nails trimmed, it was $47! which is absolutely insane. I've liked the care she's gotten here before but unfortunately won't be coming back because thats not at all affordable

Before bringing my cat to Founders Green, I asked how much for a nail trim. Fifteen dollars, I was told. But she had to be seen first for an exam. So I made an appoint. for the exam and my cat had a nail trim for $15 in addition to the examination fee. So, I thought it was $15 for a nail trim because that is what I was quoted. After the trim was done, the receptionist said that will be $45. $15 for the trim and $30 for some other fee? Ouch!!
