We were not told before sitting down the credit card machine was not working. I was very disappointed to sit there for almost 10 minutes before someone came and told us.
My wife and I were excited to celebrate our anniversary and had looked at the online menu with high expectations. In short, for the prices I saw I expected something comparable to Ruth Chris or St. Elmo’s steakhouses. I don’t mind paying for a fine meal, we just didn’t get one. The steak was like beef jerky and the shrimp was over seasoned and cold. Just not worth the price at all. Disappointing.
Reservation at 5:00. Dinner didn't come till 6:30.
Food was extremely over priced for what you get, drinks were way too expensive as well.
Took my husband for Birthday, which I put on reservation. They didn't mention it. Steak came cooked wrong. They took my cut steak cut in half and just through it back on grill, came back still rare in middle. Husband sent back wedge salad said he didn't want it. They cut it up and brought it back cut up. Think they thought if it wasn't on the table we wouldn't pay for it. Very disappointing experience for a bill over 200.00.
The food was cold, service was slow waited a long time for our drink refills. Will no recommend or return to dine.
Service was incredibly slow throughout the meal including getting drinks to the table and bread about 30 minutes. Drinks were not refilled without asking. Taste of food was less than average for this level of restaurant. Very very disappointed. We were there 2 hours to receive our meal and eat and the restaurant was not even 1/2 full
My husband and I had a nice meal here for our anniversary. We started off with the shrimp cocktail. There were six pieces of shrimp with plenty of cocktail sauce. The sauce had a perfect spice to it. After our appetizer we moved to a cup of french onion soup and the wedge salad. The wedge salad was huge and could be shared between several and the soup was wonderful.
