Good vets, but worse run front office and follow up. I always have to wait and at times they can not even get you in a room with pet. You sit out on a public area on a couch waiting for vet tech.
We have been patients at Four Points for over 5 years. Tonight I called at 5:15 (45 minutes before they close) because our dog had an open gash on her tail. Since it was less than an hour from closing time they were unwilling to see us and they only option they could give was to find an appointment tomorrow (not even a nudge in the direction of an after hours clinic). I ended up taking our dog to the vet at the front of Riverplace who saw her immediately (even though she is not a patient). Needless to say we are now patients... read more
