RecommendedThey had taken care of another cat for me in the mid 2000's. We took Moobaby there today. Once he relaxed, he got over his fear of the Vet visit. I'm sure that it stemmed from taking to another vet in the past. The staff handled him with VIP care that I'm sure we're going to have less anxieties the next time we go there. I feel much more comfortable at 4Paws. So much so, if I end up moving away from the area again, I'll likely drive the extra miles to get to this place. Good vets, but worse run front office and follow up. I always have to wait and at times they can not even get you in a room with pet. You sit out on a public area on a couch waiting for vet tech.
We have been patients at Four Points for over 5 years. Tonight I called at 5:15 (45 minutes before they close) because our dog had an open gash on her tail. Since it was less than an hour from closing time they were unwilling to see us and they only option they could give was to find an appointment tomorrow (not even a nudge in the direction of an after hours clinic). I ended up taking our dog to the vet at the front of Riverplace who saw her immediately (even though she is not a patient). Needless to say we are now patients... read more
