I'm sure that it stemmed from taking to another vet in the past. The staff handled him with VIP care that I'm sure we're going to have less anxieties the next time we go there. First of all, if you have a cat search for a veterinarian that is fear free trained and certified. Good vets, but worse run front office and follow up. I always have to wait and at times they can not even get you in a room with pet. You sit out on a public area on a couch waiting for vet tech.
