We have been patients at Four Points for over 5 years. Tonight I called at 5:15 (45 minutes before they close) because our dog had an open gash on her tail. Since it was less than an hour from closing time they were unwilling to see us and they only option they could give was to find an appointment tomorrow (not even a nudge in the direction of an after hours clinic).
