New Tennant Moved in 2 weeks ago and everything has been great. Had an issue with ants, called, they were out the next day to spray. Debbie the leasing agent was phenomenal!! Very friendly, kept it real, and made sure the process was seemless!!
It’s not too shabby here but maintenance SUCKS I’ve been here for about a year now in a 1bedroom apartment and I will say that this has been the most quiet apartment complex I’ve stayed in. I have a pretty decent size apartment just for myself. My only issue is MAINTENANCE. They either come whenever they want to or don’t come AT ALL. I’m constantly putting in the same maintenance request. But other than that, I don’t have anything to complain here. Hope to be a future tenant I am moving to Ohio and the Four Seasons was just another place that I was looking into. First, I have to admit, I fell in love with the entire area of Austintown. As soon as I got into the office, I felt good. The staff is very decent,courteous, helpful and friendly. Only leasing is a problem I've lived here for a while now and it's finally time to do a review. Let's get to it. Pros: -Over my time here I've gotten to know the maintenance and all of them are polite, professional and work quickly to fix an issue. I've never had to wait more than a few days for any problem to be resolved. -When I moved in my apartment was spotless, a great smelling air freshener was plugged in and the carpet was even vacuumed in a professional pattern. All around wonderful! Right from the start the staff was all extremely helpful, caring, and friendly. Very easy and enjoyable to work with. Offered snacks and refreshments to us, as well. The apartments are beautiful and at a great price. You can tell they are taken good care of. Love my new selection of home and can't wait to move in.
DONT DO IT If i could give them no stars I would. We went without heat for two days while it was -20 degrees outside. Maintenance told us to bundle up because they didnt believe that our address was part of the complex and that they werent coming (it was, we live in a townhouse owned by AIY maintenance just didnt know where our street was apparently). Lies!!!! They’ll gladly accept your money to apply only to tell you after that they have nothing available. Even though they advertise online as well as placing billboards all along their property
Look elsewhere When I selected this complex I ignored many of the poor reviews I had read online, and I wish I would not have made that mistake. The leasing office is rude. There are several maintenance issues that are not fixed and there have been times where maintenance did not come when they were supposed to. The buildings frequently smell like weed or smoke. There are many other complexes to pick from in this area for similar pricing. Stay away from here and GMS Management.
The company it self When I moved in I didn't have a problem with the office staff at all. Even when I left the office staff was nice...the biggest problem I saw after moving and being there for 3-6mo....it started looking like low income housing...kids running around in little gangs...no parent supervision the police drove through once or twice a day...I kept to myself..by my neighbor down the hall, had leaks that were never taken care of and was destroying the ceiling the shower in their bathroom was disgusting compared to ... read more
