Emergency problem with an infection The staff at the office was very positive and helpful when my son had a toothache.The dentist, and the other staff,were so positive toward him, as he was hurting and upset.I did feel that the receptionist was not as polite as she could have been when she discussed our past due amount.It all worked out just fine though!!! Thanks to you all at FDS!! :)

First visit and won't be our last! We just moved to Fowlerville and got a coupon in the mail. I called and got prices and made an appointment for my daughter. She visibly needed some teeth pulled and was over due for a cleaning. Very friendly front desk staff and easy to communicate with. I wanted to double check how much it was going to be, because we didn't have dental insurance. Arrived at your office during lunch hour with an emergency tooth with a cap half off and lodged sideways. The technicians were very helpful, kind and had me all ready to go in about an hour. professional and friendly I was in for my regular cleaning, and usually I need to go into work afterwords. The staff always respects this and gets me out in a timely manner. Everyone I interact with while I'm there has been professional and very friendly and upbeat! They all go that extra mile to make sure my appointment goes well.
