Our 14 year old shih tsu/japanese chin, Maggie was having serious urinary bleeding and even though it took two rounds of antibiotics, she is perky and back to normal. Dr. Nichols knew how much we loved her and suggested because of her age we rule out other underlying issues. We agreed and we found she has a new heart murmur. We are confident that Dr. Nichols will take the best care of our precious girl for the rest of her life. AND our other princess Chloe is now on a diet per Dr. Nichols gentle persuasion.

Manchester location rating: The staff here was just incredible while I was in emotional distress with my very reactive rescue. They did absolutely everything they could to keep us both calm and comfortable and the entire staff, including the vet informed me of everything and they took great care of my dog. The entire ordeal with my dog getting injured, being in pain and being distressed, had caused a lot of distress on my end. This clinic saved my daughters dog, after he was totally misdiagnosed by his regular Dr It turned out to be a life or death situation! She's switching to Fox Creek over her regular vet after that huge mistake!!
I had to put my pup Crash down. Everyone was so amazing and kind. They really helped me through a difficult time.
They were fabulous. Highly recommend. We were visiting my Mom in Wildwood from Las Vegas when my dog had a medical issue. They were able to get him in within an hour. Very reasonably priced and the vet and staff were awesome!

Fox Creek is top notch Veterinary care. I visited the Wildwood location during a snow storm with my Cavalier King Charles, who had his eyes damaged at the groomer that day. The Fox Creek staff were absolutely incredible, from the office staff to the doctor. They were compassionate, they listened to me, and they helped me find an eye specialist. In the absolute worst situation a pet owner could have, they were compassionate and caring like I'd been a customer forever. They helped me with a last minute appointment, on a Sunday, for my dog to be put down. They offered extra time and care. Everyone was wonderful. The doctor was very supportive and helped us with our decision. I wish we'd met under different circumstances, but they were great.
An extremely professional and caring staff that is there for you 24/7 which is important in this day and age when going to one of the emergency veterinary hospitals could lead up to a several hour wait in your vehicle to get your pet seen. They do what should be done. they know what they are doing.
