I have only done a couple of reviews for things in my life and all have been for great service, BUT not this one... We had been using Fox Creek for five years for Veterinary, grooming and boarding. As other clients have pointed out they seem to charge more and insist on frivolous tests and even surgical procedures. We were willing to go with most of it. It has seemed to get much worse and the quality of care reduced over the last 1-2 years. It reached a point where recommending surgeries, procedures was the next level of up... read more

We started going to Fox Creek in July, 2021 when our former vet moved away. Our 7 year old male Cat developed diarrhea, we took him to Fox Creek, they did labs, an ultrasound of the abdomen, chest X-ray and stated that he had lymphoma with only 2-3 months to live. They said surgery was necessary for a definite diagnosis but we didn't want to put a kitty with only a couple of months to live through that. They prescribed Prednisolone 5 mg twice a day, a steroid that causes diabetes especially in a heavy cat and the bill was $9... read more

PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS REVIEW...IT IS LONG BUT PLEASE READ!! DO NOT GO TO THIS VET!!On Sat. April 4th, 2015 I had to make the hardest decision of being a pet owner. I had to euthanize my dog that was 11 yrs old. My big 120 lb fur ball, who I loved very much! I had owned him since he was 10 weeks old & had been a part of my family for his whole life. With age comes pain, confusion, aggravation, all the works. He had not been himself for months to even a year. He became agitated, slow, blind, troubles holding his bladder & bo... read more

I took my dog here and they did not do a complete exam. I was charged full price. They said my dog would be fine. She died that night. Do not take your pets there! All they care about is getting your money.

Great people/staff BUT they spend your money and charge you for every little thing! They are constantly upcharging you for minute things. And if you don't like the extreme upselling, they will make you feel guilty. Customers here need to be rich and willing to let your money be spent for you at every turn you make!! For example, took my dog to get his teeth cleaned. They called to let know that we needed to pull a tooth and I gave approved for the tooth to be pulled at $500. Then called back WHILE our dog was in surge... read more

I just started going to Fox Creek Vet in Wildwood and they were really nice, smart, had great tools and location, but were EXTREMELY expensive and not willing to help with discounts. I just got all three of my dogs shots done (300+ dollars, then got one dog micro-chipped for 50+ dollars, and one dog was sick and they wanted him to use this special dog food crap that didn't work $40, then they charged $50 for the dog exam) it was over $400 dollars by the end, then we had $45 dollars worth of medications/test that were done. It... read more
