We just moved back to the Kirkwood area and needed a vet in the area. We found Fox Creek on Yelp and saw how many great reviews they had, so we decided to bite the bullet and make an appointment. We made the right decision! Between the awesome tech Sarah and Dr. Owens, our pup was in great hands! The entire experience was seamless. I brought our 16 year old Jack Russell, Gary, in this morning to be put down (because our regular vet didn't have time.) This was my first time at Fox Creek and the entire staff and vet who attended us were incredibly sensitive, thoughtful, kind, and lovely throughout. It's the vet visit pet parents all dread but it could not have been handled with more love and care. We will definitely be moving our other two dogs' future treatment to this practice.

Urgent Care visit! The staff including the vet (Dr. Sullivan) is AMAZING! They took their time (loved on my dog) and explained how to give medicine and even gave first dose. Best vet visit ever!!!!

Excellent customer service and passionate care for my fur-baby. My little girl was having some digestive and colon issues and my vet could not get her in immediately. They recommended I take my baby to Fox Creek. I called and made an appointment for their urgent care. Upon my arrival, they greeted me and had me fill-in some typical paperwork. I took my dog here for his annual wellness and vaccines and to have him looked at for itching due to allergies. The vet tech, Jocelyn, gave my boy lots of loves and took down detailed notes. She explained what all we needed to do and gave me options for additional tests, etc. with prices, which I appreciated. Dr. Lord came in and she was so sweet and friendly. I unfortunately had to put my dog down I had for going on 16 years. He was a great dog! I called around to several places for prices and appointments. 1st place I called was so rude and unprofessional (Lemay Vet) they only charged $60 but to go to place that spoke so rudely over the phone makes me wonder how I would be treated in person. I was told by another vet to see if this place had an appointment that day which they did. The price was $215 but I ended up paying $230. Had a excellent experience here from start to finish. Very caring staff and doctors. My Suki had to have surgery and we were both treated with compassion and respect. All my questions were answered, and my dogs surgery went very well. Thank you all!
