I've been impressed every time I've been here. Everyone on staff is friendly and efficient. Exams are thorough and I've never once been pressured to choose the more expensive diagnostic or treatment option. The facility is well lit and clean. Plus, they tell my dog how cute she is the appropriate amount of times. Five stars!

Fox Creek, Kirkwood, were wonderful when I had had to put my dog (my fur baby) down. They put us in a nice room where I got to stay with my dog to say our good-byes. They walked me through everything and were great with my boxer. Dr. Owens was wonderful as well. I can't thank you all enough who work here and helped me during this incredibly hard time.,

I brought our 16 year old Jack Russell, Gary, in this morning to be put down (because our regular vet didn't have time.) This was my first time at Fox Creek and the entire staff and vet who attended us were incredibly sensitive, thoughtful, kind, and lovely throughout. It's the vet visit pet parents all dread but it could not have been handled with more love and care. We will definitely be moving our other two dogs' future treatment to this practice.
Urgent Care visit! The staff including the vet (Dr. Sullivan) is AMAZING! They took their time (loved on my dog) and explained how to give medicine and even gave first dose. Best vet visit ever!!!!
Great down to earth staff that cares about your pet they saved my dogs life after she had a severe reaction to a rabies vaccine.
Excellent customer service and passionate care for my fur-baby. My little girl was having some digestive and colon issues and my vet could not get her in immediately. They recommended I take my baby to Fox Creek. I called and made an appointment for their urgent care. Upon my arrival, they greeted me and had me fill-in some typical paperwork. I took my dog here for his annual wellness and vaccines and to have him looked at for itching due to allergies. The vet tech, Jocelyn, gave my boy lots of loves and took down detailed notes. She explained what all we needed to do and gave me options for additional tests, etc. with prices, which I appreciated. Dr. Lord came in and she was so sweet and friendly.
